Our screening begins with the first point of contact with an applicant whether in person, on the telephone, or by email. We assess appearance, communication skills and interest. If appropriate, we arrange for an in depth interview where we explore each applicant's work history, skills, attitudes and career goals. We use the latest human resource techniques to assess every candidate's computer skills & facility with software packages. We frequently perform personality profile assessments to determine individual work styles. Each applicant must also receive at least 2 positive professional references.

We provide free training to enhance computer skills, teach new software applications, including spreadsheet and database training.
